37 Weeks Pregnant. Fluid Pouring Out Wetting The Pants. Having Lot Of Contractions, Weakness, Fatigue, Lightheaded. Matter Of Concern?

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and been having persistent fluid coming out. It's not like my water breaking but it's definitely some kind of fluid that keeps pouring out every now and then and at times it's so much that it wets through my sweatpants. Another thing, I'm having a lot of contractions and today right now as I type this I am feeling very weak, fatigue and lightheaded I feel like I might pass out. I want to go to the hospital but I don't want to leave without a baby. Is the persistent fluid something to worry about even though it's not my water breaking ? What about the fatigue and being lightheaded?

Hello!
You should be concerned because this might be preterm rupture of membranes, and you should do immediately an ultrasound to confirm/exclude this.
Contraction, may go to prematur labor, you should monitor if they became intense(strong) and regular.
This is very important because if this happen you should take gluconocorticoids for the maturity of fetal lungs.
Take care of your self
