37 Weeks Pregnant. Horrible Nausea, Sickness, Pressure On Right Side, Shortness Of Breath, Slight Chest Pains. What Could Be Going On?

I am 37 weeks pregnant and having so many issues. I wish there was a place where I could enter my symptoms into to see what they all mean. I have been nauseous and sick throughput the whole pregnancy and it has been getting worse over the last week. I woke up last night to go to the bathroom and it hurt to move and walk. I have been getting a lot of pressure on my right side, which is new. It was mostly on the left until about a week ago. I am having shortness of breath now and it is harder to move around. I am not dilated as of Friday. If I am having contractions, I am not aware of it due to all of the other pain I have been in throughout the whole pregnancy. I have also started getting slight chest pains. When ever I talk to my doctor everything seems to be okay, but it feels like something is not right. I do not know what to do. I wish there was a way to speed up him coming out so I can stop being in so much pain and throwing up all the time. Throughout the pregnancy I have lost 30 pounds and just started putting on weight. I am now finally up 5 pounds with three more weeks to go, but I am tired of feeling like this and crying all the time from the pain.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you are having could be due to the pregnancy itself. But this needs a physical examination by a gynecologist to detect any organic cause like cardiac cause.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
