38 Weeks Pregnant, Started Having Back Pains, Cramping, Clear Mucous Discharge. Is It Labor ?
Hi, Im 38 weeks and 5 days and last night i started having back pains, cramping pains and around 3 am i noticed this clear mucous discharge . Also these past couple of days every time i go to the restroom i get these back pains and feeling that i need to have a bowel movement I can sit there for minutes and nothing. Does this mean labor will start soon?

Term pregnancy with pain abdomen and discharge suggests prelabour.
Try to take rest in left lateral position.
Have a check on fetal movements.
Contact your doctor immediately if you get pain every 5 minutes,
spotting per vagina, decreased fetal movements and leak per vagina.
