39 yo – no prior pregnancies.
I usually have irregular menstrual periods. Cylce is ranges from 28-33. It’s been 20 days since my last menstrual. The first 7-13 days I had cramps and expected my period at any moment, a nose bleed and constipation. I experienced an acne breakout but had no tenderness of the breasts (they are usually very tender during menses). I’ve had headaches almost every morning, that don’t last too long. When I urinate I see small particles in the toilet. I also have dark spots around the nipple/areola area. I took a home pregnancy test three days after the missed period and another within eight days; both were negative. How long should I wait before testing again?
