39 Yr Old Female Have Had 2 Live Vaginal Births

39 yr old female have had 2 live vaginal births of one singleton and twins the second and one other pregnancy as young teenager of which abortion was done. periods mostly heavy since my tubal in 2002. i went for 2 months no period when it did start ive yet to stop. 3weeks and counting got provera from dr 10 mg once daily it helps for the first few hours then bleeding returns also cramps and bloat and gas is there something else i can take that may be better for stopping the flow? one other time my flow was heavy and dr tried depo shot but it caused me to bleed for weeks and had to just ride that one out one other time i was in grat pain with a menstral and er dr perscribed depo pill and in 8 pills/days it stopped it but it isnt working please help in desperite. i have had abnormal pap proceeded to ultra sound and the rersults was thr polups was within normal readings.
