4 Year Child Having Runny Nose. Red Spots On Back Of Throat And Behind Ears. Looking For Treatment

My four year old son did not sleep well last night. His nose has been running for a couple of days. I have just gotten over mono myself. I noticed red pin like spots at the back of his throat and white mark on the roof of his mouth. He also was scratching all night his wrists, elbows behind knees. This morning I noticed red spots small behind his ears?

there are several possibilities that can be considered form the description you gave

it could be simple skin allergy.......... as you are saying that there is itching and rashes

it could be measles.......... you are saying that there is running nose and rash .......starting from behind the ears..... but there is no mention of fever or red eyes

it would be very difficult to come to a diagnosis just from the description provided

so pl take the child to the nearest pediatrician
