The most common cause of white blood cells and
red blood cells in urine associated with
fever is a
urinary tract infection which is probably due to the
Bacterium E. coli. Urinary tract infections with E. coli
usually present with digestive symptoms such as
vomiting and and loose stools.
Repeated urinary tract infections may be indicative
of a urinary tract malformation or poor hygiene both
of which have to be investigated upon. Malformations
are investigated upon by doing an
ultrasound or CT
scan.
Urinary tract infections are treated with appropriate
antibiotics which your doctor should prescribe together
with some anti-pyretics to help bring down the
temperature.
