A baby should be exclusively breast fed till 6 months of age. Breast feeding is important as this contains the right things required for the baby in right proportions at the right time. It is ideal for brain growth. Breast milk prevents various infections like loose motions, respiratory infections, etc.

So give exclusive breast feeding for your baby till 6 months and continue to breast feed your baby till 2 years of age.

Feeding the baby is the best stimulus for breast milk production.

Just breast feed your baby to increase the production of milk. Stop all those substitutes. Nothing man made is superior to what is given by GOD. As the baby feeds more and more hormones like prolactin etc are produced and breast milk improves.

breast mik is the best milk for baby

it contains certain immunogobins and other things which increase the immunity of baby

i advise you to breast feed child ass much as possible

give mother a lot of fluids and juices

take a glass of water before feeding

encourage mother .

ask her to sit in a comfortable position and put whole of areola in baby mouth

feed will increase on stimulus of baby,when baby is in close contact with mother or when baby is crying

give mother healthy balanced diet

colic drops are effective for coliky pain

burp baby properly after every feed
