46 Yr Old, Still Menstruating, Tired Sensitive Breasts, Tummy Trouble. Could It Be Pre-menopausal ?

I'm 46 and have been menstruating since I was eleven fairly regular 28-30 at most cycles. besides two actual pregnancies I I've been past 30 day cycle 2-3 times. I did not have a period in April but had 28 day cycle in March my last cycle is at 43 today. I'm tired more than normal breast slightly sensitive and little tummy trouble but not loss of appetite. Could I be peri menopausal, pregnant or something worse. stress and weight consistent, not athletic, took two tests Monday -neg, Friday Neg still no period. What do you think?

Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your history.

Delayed menses in your case might be due to

- Menopause
- Pregnancy if you had unprotected sex. but as you have mentioned having 2 negative tests, it is very less likely.

Sometimes stress may also delay the menses.

I hope I have addressed your concern.

Thanks.
