It does not seem to itch her and has a silky smooth texture. Should I be concerned? She had an ear infection last week and is almost through with the amoxicilin.

you neednot worry about it if its not bothering her. finish her course of antibiotic & then stop all medications. if she is very irritable probably due to itching then she ll need to recieve some anti allergen, otherwise just apply plain baby oil as usual
