General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that your daughter might be having viral infection.
Give her some decongestant syrup with paracetamol for 1-2 days.
If there is no improvement then consult your doctor.
She may require one course of antibiotic.
Give her more water.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Ok and take care.

Pediatrician Dr. Y V Siva Sankara Murty's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

Please monitor for danger signs. The danger signs are
1. Poor feeding and repeated vomiting.
2. Lethargy.
3. Loss of consciousness.
4. Fits or seizures.

Your daughter seems to have a throat infection. A physical examination by your doctor will confirm this. Antibiotics may be required after physical examination.

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
