7 Wks From Ultrasound Shows Only Gestational Sac .Is This Normal ?
7 wks from ultrasound shows only gestational sac of 5 wks 2 days I am female going to be 31 years in a month. I am pregnant . My LMP was 9 April 2011 which was 6 days late from march periods.I took siphene 50 mh daily one for 5 days from fifth day i.e. from 13 april to 17 april 2011 and intercourse from 18 april till 26 april. I took test on 22 May 11 which came positive. I went forr first ultrasoun on 2 june 2011 whcih is 7 week from LMP. Only gestational sac appears having age 5 weeks 2 days plusminus 5 days were seen. Doc was told me for 50% probability. I have two queries what is the possibility of positive pregnancy If fertility drug is used for pregnancy will the gestational sac age correct

According to the ultrasound you are definitely pregnant, since gestational sac is seen. During this time it is possible that the correct dates may not be made out. You may wait for 2-3 weeks more and get an ultrasound again, Please continue taking Folic acid tablets once a day as the Doctor ordered. Discuss with the Gynaecologist regarding other measures you must take in this regard.

from ur usg gestational age is 5 week 2 days, so u should repeat usg after 1 week to check development of yolk sac, embrionic plate, n cardiac activities.
yes there is no such relation between fertility drug and gestationalsac age.

On 2nd June by LMP your gestational age would be 7 Weeks 5 Days.
Assuming you conceived on 26th April ( last possible day of conceiving) On 2nd June gestational age should be minimum 7 Weeks 2 Days.
Minimum expected gestation according to urine pregnancy test done on 22nd May, On 2nd June would be 5 Weeks 6 Days.
From the above data the possibility of the pregnancy to progress is very remote,
provided the ultrasound report ( Which I presume was done transvaginally, otherwise accuracy is poor) is accurate and has been done by an experienced sonologist.
