7 Year Old Girl Has Had Fever, Aches, Sore, Red Eyes, What It Could Be ?

My 7 year old daughter has had a fever off and on for 2 days It has gone as high as 1036 She is achy and her eyes are sore and red What do you think this is

Meanwhile give her plenty of fluids, very light food , rest and no school for a few days.

Fever indicates there is an infection in the body. Some are self limiting (like a flu) which get better in 3-5 days. Some require specific medication (like antibiotics). So please take her to a pediatrician to decide what kind of fever it is and what medicatio is needed here, espcially if the fever is rising and symptoms are worsening.
