71 Year Old Male, Pain In Right Groin Area. Normal X Rays, Test Results. Treatment?

I am a 71 year old male. I am in very good health. Athletic build from years on competition has resulted in great stamina and conditioning. I am experiencing pain in the right groin area (and especially when I am near coitus).
Otherwise the pain is rare but it is like a constant reminder off and on. I had x-rays and tests performed by two doctors. They both prescribed non-steroidal pills and both attributed the problem to inflammation. Is there any other treatment choices available, and can this condition be eradicated -- as I am still sexually active?

Hi,
From your history it seems that you might be having some infection in your genital tract or having some infection in prostate.
Go for long antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
Rule out the possibility of having inguinal hernia as well.
Ok and take care.
