Hello, welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das
The urine analysis report show mild increase in pus cells and moderate amount of epithelial cells. Increased epithelial cells are commonly found in pregnancy. Others are within normal limit.
The blood test shows low hemoglobin level, total WBC is within normal limit.RBC morphology shows hypochromia. It indicates iron deficiency anemia.
You should consult with your treating doctor for ordering a complete hemogram and for considering Iron foilc acid tablets.
That is all.
Regards.
