AFB Sputum Test Shows Pus Cells And Few Epithelial Cells

hi i had a sputum test, the result were: few pus cells and few epithelial cells . what does it mean?

AFB sputum test is done for diagnosis of tuberculosis ...since tb bacilli is not found in sputum tuberculosis is ruled out ...few epithelial cells could be normally present ...few pus cell might indicate mild lung infection ....preferable to take xray if symptoms still persists along with antibiotics...
