Abdomen Pain Before/ After Toilet Which Is Like Beginning Of Labour Without Cramping 9 Mnths After Operation For Collapsed Bowel?

Three years ago my stomach blow up ,'im only size 10, I looked 8month pregnant, None month's of My Gp and surgeon. G.P said my Bowel had crossed and collapst, My surgeon after 9 months operated to find half my large bowel Rotten, so took it out and joined new to my bottom. Well two years after operation I an still in a lot of pain. All So my G.P has me on Norfpine. I am ether a sleep or in Bad Pain. Fay Hi I'm not consterpated my bowel will not work ,I am in Pain Before and after going to the toilet. I was taking Lax. But I find my bowel movement are better after a small amount of coconut oil. The Pain is like the beginning of Labour with out the cramping. Its in my abdamin and all so up my recterm. Fay. I am in pain more than Not .

Hi.
The pain you described - like beginning of labour without cramping makes me think of uterine prolapse.
I would advise you to take an opinion of a Gynecologist to confirm this on an internal examination done under you straining or coughing to see if there is uterine prolapse along with cystocele ( descending urinary bladder) and rectocele ( descending of the rectum) along with uterus.
Another possibility is to have a problem with the obstruction to the bowel due to adhesions, probably due to previous surgery.
