Abdominal Pain, Bloating, Gas, Indigestion, Heart Burn, Back Pain, Cbc Normal, Bowl Movement Normal

I am a 38 year old man who has abdominal pain including, bloating , gas, indigestion and heart burn for 3 weeks noe. Bowls are normal. Also having back pain in the lower back up to middle back with even a bit of light headedeness. Had a cbc. Normal. Just went for an ultrasound and awaiting results. Tech said she did not see anything shocking. Any thoughts?

If the USG is normal it would be advisable to get a upper GI endoscopy done. There is a high likelihood of it being reflux disease.
