Abdominal Pain Like Cramps. Advised Ultrasound. Ovarian Cancer?
I have had abdominal pain like cramps for 10 days. I also had a slightd show of pinkish blood coming from urethea. That is gone now and only cramps are left. Have been to obgyn and he looked inside. Said it looked ok but I am getting an ultrasound on Wed. I am very concerned about ovarian cancer and would like to know what else this might be. It was not a bladder infection.
Abdominal pain has several causes besides ovarian cancer.
Do not come to any conclusion before getting the investigations done.
There are many organs in the abdomen and pelvis. Pathology of any one of them can cause pain.
Blood from the urethera can be due to trauma, infection or inflammation.
Get the ultrasound done. Your treating doctor will guide you further regarding the cause of pain.
More investigations may be required.
So, don't worry and take care
