Please type your query here...can long term use od Kenalog injections to reduce keloid formation on an earlobe cause/trigger polycytistic ovarian syn in a 20 yr female with no signs of insulin resistance, weight problems, or other classic signs of PCOS?

Injection Kenalog is not known to cause PCOS. It does not cause any symptom simulating to PCOS, except for weight gain.
