General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

Your symptoms are quite vague, especially after the reports from these investigations. But we will have to conduct two more investigations if you do not mind.

All the above mentioned tests report the presence of pus cells as well as epithelial cells, which does indicate the presence of some infection, yet these tests are all inconclusive.

Could you kindly go about an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound, a transvaginal ultrasound and a urine culture and sensitivity examination. These should help in further investigating and finding the cause for your symptoms.

In the meantime, you could request your doctor to initiate a course of antibiotic therapy, which should help in early initiation of treatment, this might not help in it is not specific for the infection, but it is worth initiating.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
