Abnormal Blood Clots During Menstruation. Could It Be Due To Hormonal Changes?
Well I was wondering about menstration, I currently have my period and am worrying about clots because I have had a couple of clots that look abnormal and just recently saw one that almost looked lke a worm but it wasn't moving and it looked like the shape and color of an earthworm but like half the size and it is just a little worrisome I have also been expierenceing a lot of anxiety lately and wonder if that has anything to do with hormones or the clots.
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The increase in passage of clots during the periods is likely to be due to a hormonal imbalance or uterine fibroids. This needs to be confirmed after proper investigations. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Regards, Dr. Rakhi Tayal , drrakhitayal@gmail.com
