Hello ma'am.

First of all you have tested for pregnancy too early, the best time to check for a pregnancy is either 2 weeks after your last sexual contact or one or after the first day of a missed period.

Once pregnancy is ruled out then you will have to look into other causes like a hormonal imbalance, infections, pelvic inflammatory disease, stress, medications, etc.

Please visit a doctor for the same. Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
