Abnormalities In Dynamic Medical Imaging MRI. What Do The Findings Suggest?
My dynamic medical imaging MRI results are the following.
At the L4 - L5 level, there is diffuse bulging disc with adjacent spondylotic change with extrinsic pressure on the anterior thecal sac narrowing neural foramina bilaterally. There is bilateral facet joint arthropathy noted.
your MRI finding suggest that there spondylosis in your lumber region leading to reduction of depth between two vertebra. Which is turn causing compression of nerve emerging from them.
this may result in pain at your back and thighs. As the disease progresses the pain and numbness will extent to both leg extremities.
you should consult your local spinal surgeon or orthopedician to see what exactly is the amount of compression and if it can be treated with physiotherapy and medicines alone or will it require surgical intervention.
regards
