About 1 Year Ago I Had Some Knee Pain. I

About 1 year ago I had some knee pain. I couldn't walk without a limp. I certainly couldn't neel down and stand up without assistance. This pain lasted about 2 months and and never really got better just lessened. Later got severe pain I leg and lived with it. Didn't see a doctor. Later got severe pain in arm to chest. thought I was having a heart attack. Didn't go to doctor. I later got such severe pain in both legs, I couldn't walk. I was crying it hurt so bad. I went to urgent care and had to converse them to do an ultra sound. It was blood clots. it went to my lungs. I was in intensive care for 10 days to desolve it. Now I have a filter but my legs keep swelling up. I just had a total shoulder replacement surgery. I didn't tell doctors about swelling. They missed it on pre surgery exam. My question is, am I susceptible to blood clots in my lungs now even though I have filter and is it blood cots that make my legs so week?
