About Dysthymia I.e Persistent Depressive Disorder Sir, I Am Suffering

About Dysthymia i.e persistent depressive disorder
Sir, i am suffering from dysthymia with several major depressive episodes since last 6 years.
Oversleep, disengaged from life, unmotivation, and poor concentration are my major problems. Mood is persistently low. I am always highly anxious and face repeated negative thoughts.
Have been on medicines for more than 5 years. Had 12 ECTs also. Have changed a lot of medicines. I have been on sertraline 100, mirtazapine 30, temazepam 10, valance 500, Oleanz 5, qutripil 50, arip mt 5, quitipin 50 .
My depression is treatment resistent.
Right now I have been prescribed nexito 10 mg, lithium 400, Valance 500 mg and olimelt 2.5. My doc told me that olimelt will take care of oversleeping.
Just wanted to know, am I on right medication?
