Accidentally Swallowed Piece Of Plastic. Will This Cause Internal Bleeding Or Rupture Intestine?
While eating spaghetti, I felt a piece of plastic, spit it out.Went through the rest of spaghetti and sauce and found two small pieces which I removed from my plate 3/8 of an inch and 2/8 of an inch. I am concerned about having swallowed accidentally some other piece of plastic without knowing it. If I did would it cause internal bleeding or rupture my intestines?

The plastic particles which you swallowed are smaller only... so don't worry as long as they are not very sharp.
But take plenty of water and fibre diet so that your bowel movements are normal and the stool consistency also is soft so that there will not be any damage to the walls of the intestines while passing the stools..

Please do not worry. Accidental intake of small plastics pass through the esophagus, stomach and intestines unaltered. It will get excreted in stools in a day or two.
Plastic is essentially an inert substance and will not react with and of the stomach juices. Internal bleeding can be caused only if the plastic is sharp enough and penetrates the wall. I guess that is unlikely in your case.
Even imaging through X ray will not be able to pick up the plastic article. I re assure you that it is very small and there is no serious problem as long its inside you.
