Acute Pain Under Left Arm Near Armpit, Small Burning Sensation Through Breast
I am experiencing pain under my left arm not quite center of the armpit. It is always there to some degree. And at times I get a small burning sensation through my breast . The pain is deep almost feels like it reaches deep under my shoulder blade at times. This has been going on for about 3 weeks now. I am a 47 year old female.

I appreciate your concern your history suggestive of some muscular problem this could be muscular pain and in my opinion this has to be treated with the simple NSAID and the best drug is "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" sustain release once in day, hope this information helps you have nice day.
