Near complete pacification of the right maxillary sinus with moderate mucosal thickening of the left maxillary sinus and left sphenoid sinus. There is a bubbly lucency within the left sphenoid sinus which may represent acute sinusitis. Mild sclerotic changes of the right maxillary sinus walls. this can be seen with chronic sinusitis. There is a small concha bullosa type variant middle nasal turbinates. There is a minimal rightward deviation of the bony nasal septum anteriorly. Wht does this mean in English? and what a potential treatment going to entail? I just got this CT sinus survey in the mail with an appointment upcoming in couple of weeks.
