Addicted To Masturbation, Feel Very Weak And Depressed, Suffering From Erectile Dysfunction. Suggestion?

Hi i have a habit of doing hand practice since the age of 14 and now i am 23 and feeling quite weak and sexualy worried too much went to mental depration as well which effect my studies alot and other routine matters i am not having a strong erction for quite some time now and my pins is a bit small as well how i can recover from it

Following measures will help to boost up your level of confidence and allay anxiety and there by improve your sexual performance,
1) Practice moderate exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 hour.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vitamins A,C,E,D.fruits and vegetables .
3) Avoid alcohol and smoking .
4)Take some anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.
