Addicted To Spsmo Proxyvon. Need Help

i am a spasmo proxyvon adict from past 4 yearsn i work in a mnc in my i use to take20 capsules a day without a routine but from past 4 months i m takein 4 capsules at one go after every 4 hours that makes it 16 in a day but i m trying to reduce it to 3 caps at 1 go but it dosen help i feel sick n iloose intrest in watever i do even while having sex i loose intrest..if i take 4 capsules i do all the normal things in a normal day like a normal man i workout in gym for two hours every day i have a normal apptite and i drink a lot of water eat lots of fruit just cuz i m so scared to die so soon but the problem remains end of the day i m a addict plz help me to quit

Thanks for your query. Proxyvan comes under opioid category of substance use. It is notorious for it's propensity to cause seizures (fits). Hence, i appreciate your effort to quit proxyvan use. What we normally do is to calculate the opioid equivalents of amount of proxyvan you are taking and to substitute with drugs like buprenorphine which is a partial opioid agonist and then gradually taper it off. This is called as detoxification. Also we recommend psychotherapy techniques like relapse prevention sessions and motivational interviewing to prevent relapse once detoxified. I would recommend you meet a substance use specialist for the above management as early as possible. Wish you speedy recovery.
