My husband is 33 and in very good shape, he had an EKG done yesterday and it said Adnormal ECG, it stated moderate left-precordial repolarization disturbance, consider lachemia or LV overload.

P/PR: 92/128ms
QRS: 72 ms
QT/QTc: 320/427 ms
P/QRS/T Axis: 46/65/39 deg

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the clinical condition is important, although the given report of ECG need to be correlate with the clinical conditions if there is no sign and symptoms then nothing to worry, the report is said to be within normal limit, at the most to rule any further query Echo study can be done, otherwise this is just nothing to worry hope this information helps you, have nice day.
