Advise On Sperm Analysis Test With Motility 60%
Hi there,
Follows are my result :
pH 8, volume 1.8ml, appearence 180, motility (after 2 hrs) 60%, sperm count 40X10^6/ml, total number of sperms 72x10^6, morphology 80% normal, rbc nil, wbc occasional. I was badly coughing and there're two spots spillage (out of container).

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by occasional presence of WBC. Normally there shouldn't be any WBC in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Rest of the findings like count,morphology,motility,PH are normal.
