What could be cause to have Below Normal Low - MCV - MCH - POLYS - WBC and Above Normal High for - RDW and LYMPHS?

Do you also have fever and abdominal pain? The laboratory values suggest typhoid. But, specific investigations such as blood culture, WIDAL (depending on duration of fever) have to be done.
