Advised Augmentin For Glads Problem In Neck. No Relief With Treatment. How To Cure?

Hello sir my name is priti.jadhav my daughter i having problem of having glands in her neck we already had taken treatment from nayer hospital form mumbai they advice her (M.P blood test , sputam, X.ray of chest ) report are normal they advice Tab Augmetin 375 but till she is having problem O, plz tell me what to do now Thanks

Enlarged neck glands are very common in children . A pathologic or abnormal lymph node is commonly quoted to be >1cm in size however in children >2cm is considered abnormal.
Commonly an inflammatory/infectious causes are found.
Pin pointing the exact cause is very challenging for doctors as the list of possible causes is quite exhaustive. If augmentin fails it is worth considering the option of taking tissue samples by needle biopsy or excision biopsy.
Have faith in doctors and explore the issue of getting gland biopsy done.
