General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Mahesh Jain
As per your first problem is concern, your dizziness is due to cervical spondylosis. To get rid from it you have due regular exercise for cervical and wear Cervical collar as much as you can. Use hard bed to sleep and no pillow. Taking proper care of your spine will get rid from this problem.
Horse shoe kidney is congenital disorder and remain asymptomatic. But daily consumption of alcohol not only damage kidney but also effects other part of body mainly liver and heart. So my advice is to stop alcohol. You can take it occasionally but not mare than 60 ml.
Best Wishes
