General & Family Physician, Dr. Jagdish's Response
Dear Member
Your symptoms are consistent with panic attacks. If they are bothering very often and interfering with your work and family life, consult Psychiatry and get help. Psychiatry will work with you. He will give medication and advise behavioral modifications. That work very good.
Bye
