After Getting A Head Injury My Grand Son Is Restless
My grand son had a head injury 2 days back.... we took him to the local doctor, he gave the treatment but the child was restless. Today again we took him to the pediatrician , he asked for CT Scan . The boy went through it the report is as under:- Finding are suggesting of change of infarct in right vessel ganglia internal capsule region- middle cerebral artery territory. No bony injury is seen visible. No intracranial hematoma is seen. Please correlate clinically along with relevant investigation. Sir, we are worried what will happen with this boy. where should we consult for best treatment.

The head injury caused contusion in the brain in your child. If he is symptomatic, like dizziness, headaches, any weakness in limbs, he does not hospitalization. Usually if there is no hematoma, the contusions will resolve.
