Hello
After 2 year of stopping treatment of cyproheptadine and betnesol , this is not possible that these rashes were due to the side effects of these drugs .
So rashes may be due to some allergy or any other form like dermatitis or eczema ,in my opinion consult a dermatologist and get his opinion as physical examination will be important .
However you can take montelukast once in day as an anti allergen .
Apply clobetasole cream over it but is rashes remain or recurrence then , must consult dermatologist.
Good luck.
