After Taking Lipator Pill, Experienced Angina, Have Hypo Thyroid.

Hi I m 64 year old female and last night after taking my lipator pill I experienced a ten minute angina. It was the first heart issue I ve ever had. I also have hypo thyroid and take a pill for that in morning. Other than that pretty healthy, non-smoker. I see my regular doctor tomorrow. What do you think I had and why?

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You MUST GO THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT - IMMEDIATELY
Any pain at this setting / age should be investigated as HEART PAIN – UNLESS PROVED OTHERWISE –

See an Internist / get yourself examined / More investigations may be necessary...
There is an old expression, “Post hoc ergo propter hoc”, meaning ‘after this, therefore because of this’ / It is natural human tendency to associate things with the immediate past - which is always not true...
The events are unlikely to be related to your medicines.

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
Good luck
