Agnails On Finger, Touched Used Fake Vagina. At Risk Of Catching HIV?

hello, i was putting my two fingers into fake vagina that some guy might have used just a moment before me (so it could be stained with semen or pre-cum), then i realized i had these small agnails on my fingers, about 2mm large, not bleeding i think but still kinda "fresh", they were still red if you got me.. please is there any risk of catching HIV or should I get tested because of this?

Hi,
As you had infection in your finger nail bed, risk of STD is likely.
If semen or pre cum touched your fingers is of very recent out, you may get infected.
Testing of STD requires some time to give its result.
Earliest you may go for testing after few weeks for quick test.

Thanks for writing in to us.

I understand you were playing with sex toys when you found out it was used recently and realized there was semen in it from an earlier use.

Having agnails does not poise a risk to transmission of HIV. However, there are other diseases like syphilis, herpes and warts that can be spread easily.

I suggest you get tested for STDs after consulting your doctor. This is for peace of mind. HIV transmission is les likely to have happened. Please be careful in dealing with sex toys.
