Always Displays Twitching Or Wrenching Of Hands. Is This A Problem ?

my grandson is thirteen years old, since he was little he has always diplayed a twitch or wrenching of his hands
this week end it seems to be worse as he is holding up his hands to eye level and lowers his head and the hands shake, it only last for a few seconds but i noticed he was doing if more often, Could this be tourrets syndrome and yes he does play video games could this be the problem

Tourettes is a very rare genetic disease with 1% incidence world wide. It may be a normal twitch. Try to note the frequency of these twitches and any association with particular work? From the history it seems very unlikely to be tourettes.
