Always Have Anal Pressure. Have White Sore On Tongue. Reason For Both And Treatment?

I feel like there s anal pressure all the time and I m not gay or anything. Also whenever I sit down i unknowingly pass gas, I can only tell because it smells. I also rarely have stools and sometimes like a clear sticky liquid would come out. I also have like a white sore on the tip of my tounge and its not from a burn or anything, could it be bacterial and have anything to do with my but problem.

Hi, thank you for posting.

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

I think that you might suffer from a digestive system infection such as Candida albicans.
This infection causes the same symptoms as colonopathy and it can also cause hemorrhoids.

The above conditions can weaken anal sphincter.

To confirm the diagnosis you need a stool culture, abdominal ultrasound, fibrorectosigmoidoscopy and a complete blood count.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
