im worried about my drinking! i hardly sleep anymore, i was awake for nearly 48 hours and when i did sleep i only slept for 4 hours then woke up sweating and with body shakes! ive missed work alot because of drink and have even been to work still drunk! the longest i can go without drinking is prbably 2 days although i do find this hard! alsso, i have lost my appetite and hardly eat anymore! im starting to think i may be dependant on alcohol! i dont know what to do about it! please help!
Hi.. If the alcohol is affecting your daily activities and if you are not able to perform the usual daily activities without consumption of alcohol, then you are alcohol dependent.. You need to decide what you want to do know more than hearing it from others, as your motivation and not others that is going to help you come out of this.. If you have decided to give up alcohol then give up as soon as possible.. You can take the help of the rehab centres to assist you in quiting alcohol.. My suggestion is definitely "QUIT DRINKING"...
