Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you are a diabetic you should be care full, and immediately consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
It appears that you have urinary tract infectin, and should get immediate treatment for this, to prevent ascending infection to the kidney.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, 200mg B.D, and will get the blood sugar done to find any difference and correct it.
The swelling of the feet may be secondary to the U.T.I. once the other is cured it will be cleared.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to have a good health.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
