Am I Going Through Menopause With Absent Periods And Hot Flashes?

hi 1'm 49 will be 50 in sept 2011. i haven't seen my period from january 2011 (3 mths) want to know if i actually satrted to menopause. i have hot flashes somethimes. i was like this from i started my period from 13 yrs i was always irrugular . my period got regulated after i had my kids.
