I haven t been feeling well.. I have stomach cramps and feel like I have to go to the bathroom but I don t go that much. I also get a sharp pain in my left side and after I eat I still feel hungry but reallydon wanna eat.. I have a history of ovarian cyst. Could this be a cyst rupture?
Ovarian cysts can cause menstrual irregularities, abdominal cramps, pelvic or back pain and irregular bowel movements. The diagnosis can be confirmed only after a pelvic ultrasound.
I suggest you to immediately visit your gynecologist for ultrasound and further management. Cyst rupture or torsion (twisting of an ovarian cyst) can be a medical emergency and requires immediate intervention.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
