Am I Pregnant If I Have Delayed Periods And Fluttering In Lower Abdomen?
I had the Essure procedure done back three months ago and I am scheduled to have the confirmation test next week. I am currently two weeks late on my period and I am experiencing fluttering in my lower abdomen/pelvic area. I took two pregnancy test last week and both were negative. Could I be pregnant? I know that ectopic pregnancies are highly likely when pregnant with with Essure. Does it sound like an ectopic pregnancy?
When ectopic pregnancies chances are high in a particular individual, every delay in your period should be reported to a doctor. Pregnancy of course will have to be ruled out, but the cause for a delay in periods could be others as well.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
