its very sad to hear that you are a chain smoker friend its you and only you who can help you to stop your killer habit...i may suggest the following to fight against your craving for cigarette-
-- keep mint , candy. carrot, or sunflower seeds in your mouth when craving hits..
--read a book or magazine, listen to music, play crossword, sudoku etc. to divert your mind at the time of craving
-- keep your hands busy .squeeze ball is a good choice for it
--brush your teeth. just brushed teeth makes you feel fresh and can stop your craving
--slowly drink a large glass of
cold water..

please please its not a way to stop
smoking that you start taking tobacco.. friend tobacco also kills and both of your habits are very dangerous...
chewing tobacco is even more addictive than smoking.. now to stop that following can help you--
first of all you need to visit a general physician..
--there are products available in market that do not contain tobacco but tastes like you chewing it or smoking one of them is nicotex
-- remove all packets of tobacco from your surroundings
-- you can do the same things as i mentioned you for smoking..
-- put cardamoms in your mouth
-- also go for scaling treatment by a
dentist and take hos help to stop your habit of chewing tobacco...you will get to know the after effects of
nicotine that it leads to cancer...
