Hi Dear, the pain is due to smoking.the best way to stop smoking is gradually stop it. like stop 1 or 2 cigarette everyday and after sometime stop all. for better tapering start some medication like Tab etizolam 0.5mg three time a day associated with Tab bupropion 150mg once5 days then twice a day. also for better tapering you should increases time between two cigarette with help of chewing gum or other remedy like mint product etc..
